3. Recurring Payments

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

Cancellation does not affect the validity of the current paid subscription period.

Your access to purchased services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

5. No Partial Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the customer to:

• Partial refunds
• Pro-rata refunds
• Unused subscription credits
• Cash reimbursement
• Compensation for unused services

All subscription payments already processed remain non-refundable except where specifically permitted under our Refund Policy.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired cards, payment gateway failure, bank rejection, or any other payment-related issue, Coach Dhananjay reserves the right to:

• Retry the payment.
• Suspend access to subscription services.
• Restrict account functionality.
• Terminate the subscription until payment is successfully completed.

7. Promotional Pricing

Any promotional pricing, introductory discounts, coupon offers, or limited-time subscription rates apply only for the period specifically mentioned during purchase.

Upon expiry of the promotional period, the subscription may automatically continue at the standard applicable subscription price unless cancelled before renewal.

8. Changes to Subscription Plans

Coach Dhananjay reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, update, or revise subscription plans, pricing, features, benefits, or billing cycles at any time.

Any changes shall apply prospectively and shall not affect payments already successfully processed unless required by applicable law.

9. Termination of Subscription

Coach Dhananjay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any subscription or user account where:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Payment abuse occurs.
• Unauthorized sharing of subscription access is identified.
• The service is misused in any unlawful manner.

10. Policy Updates

Coach Dhananjay reserves the right to amend or update this Subscription & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
